The Ethics Hotline, or Internal Whistleblower System ("IWS"), is a tool available to employees and third parties to report illegal, improper or unethical conduct in violation of the OSM 77 Compliance Program of the CVŘ.
The Ethics Line (NNTB) is established in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, ensuring the anonymity of all whistleblowers and protecting them from retaliation. The Ethics Line is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Research Centre Řež s.r.o., as an Obliged Entity pursuant to Section 8 of Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers, narrows down the scope of Whistleblowers in accordance with Section 9(2)(b)(3) of Act No. 171/2023 Coll. and processes notifications in accordance with the requirements of Act No. 171/2023 Coll. on the Protection of Whistleblowers only for the following persons:
Other whistleblowers (e.g. business partners and other third parties) may also make notifications through the Ethics Hotline. These notifications will be investigated objectively and independently, but outside the scope of Act No. 171/2023 Coll.
